Mike started his career at John D Wood, moving to Savills where he spent 10 years in the West End department. Mike joined Godfrey Vaughan in 1998 to head up the agency department, growing it in size from 2 surveyors to nine, and was made a partner in 2003. Mike works principally on the disposals side, advising on a number of schemes for PRUPIM, Portman Estate, Sir Richard Sutton's Settled Estates and providing disposal advice to many of Colliers Godfrey Vaughan's wide-ranging client base.

His clients include Aviva and Allied Commercial and he advises on leasing strategy and the sale and purchase of office buildings. He also advises a diverse range of commercial occupiers on the acquisition of office space.

Following a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University he has over 5 years experience in the West End office agency market. Tom has dealt with a substantial number of acquisitions and disposals on behalf of a mixture of institutional, corporate and property company clients including The Howard de Walden Estate, Standard Life Investments, AXA Real Estate, Land Securities and O & H Properties Limited.

David has been with Colliers International since 2005 after finishing his BA (Hons) degree at Oxford University and working for a year at Alf Naman Real Estate in Manhattan, New York. David has over five years experience working in both West End and City office agency markets, and has been based in our City office since June 2008. Having worked for both landlord and tenant clients, David has dealt with acquisitions, disposals and lease renewals for a whole range of different clients, including Stockland, SI Pension Trustees, Staffordshire County, Doric Asset Finance Council, Kennedys LLP, Covington & Burling LLP, buyingTeam, Prostate Cancer Research Foundation and Prometric.
